What devices does FaithClock support?
FaithClock works on iPhone and iPad running iOS 16.0 or later.

How do I set up photo backgrounds?
Tap the settings icon (gear) in the top-right corner, then select "Choose Album" to pick a photo album from your library.

Why do I need to grant photo access?
FaithClock displays your photos as backgrounds. Your photos stay on your device and are never uploaded or shared.

How does the verse matching work?
Bible chapter and verse numbers are mapped to the time. For example, at 3:16, you might see John 3:16. The app includes 1,599 verses covering every minute of the day.

Can I change the fonts and text size?
Yes! Tap the settings icon to customize fonts for the verse text and clock display, as well as text sizes. There are 6 verse fonts, 7 clock fonts, and 4 text sizes to choose from.

The settings button disappeared. How do I access settings?
Tap anywhere on the screen. The settings button auto-hides after a few seconds but reappears when you tap.

Does FaithClock require an internet connection?
No. FaithClock works entirely offline. All verses are included in the app and your photos are accessed locally from your device.

The app is crashing or not loading. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, restart your device. If you continue to experience issues, please contact us at the email below and include your device model and iOS version.

How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select FaithClock from your purchase history.

Are there any subscriptions or in-app purchases?
No. FaithClock is a one-time purchase of $1.99. There are no subscriptions, ads, or in-app purchases.
